You've been told that anything worth doing is worth doing perfectly. This workshop will challenge that — and give you a framework for getting more out of your career by giving less where it doesn't count.

The B+ Week

Not everyting earns an A+

The women who sustain long careers aren't giving 100% to everything. They're calibrating — and so can you.

C+ - 70% Effort Done is better than perfect. Show up, check the box, move on.

B+ - 80% Effort (the sustainable default) Strong work without the burnout tax.

A - 90% Effort Reserve for high-stakes moments that genuinely move the needle.

A+ - 100% Effort Rare. Should be. Your best work, deployed with intention.

After this

A framework you can use immediately.

The four-grade effort scale, your completed Effort Map, and the criteria for deciding what each task actually deserves — so you leave with a system, not just an idea.

A strategy for showing up with less without being seen as less.

The real work of B+ is in the perception management. You'll leave knowing how to protect your credibility while operating more sustainably.

A longer view on your ambition.

The Career Seasons framework helps you stop measuring yourself against the wrong season — and start making decisions that compound over time instead of cost you.

faq

Who is this workshop for?

Ambitious professionals — especially working mothers — who are tired of running at full capacity and want a framework for deciding what actually deserves their best effort. Whether you're chasing a promotion, managing a full household, or just trying to stop feeling behind, this is for you.

Is giving B+ effort going to hurt my career?

That's exactly the fear this workshop addresses. We'll talk directly about how to protect your reputation and visibility while calibrating effort intentionally — because strategic B+ and careless B+ look very different.

How much does it cost?

Tickets are $97. Spots are limited to keep the session interactive.

Do I need to have read anything or attended a previous workshop?

Not at all. This session is fully standalone. If you've followed The Cabro, you'll recognize the framework — but it works just as well for first-timers.

Will the session be recorded?

Yes. If you can't attend live, you'll receive access to the recording. The recording will be available for 48 hours after the live date.

What will I actually walk away with?

A named framework for effort calibration, an Effort Map you can apply immediately, and a clearer sense of where your energy is going — and where it should be going instead.

REgistration closes June 1.
