What kind of topics can we cover in the 1:1 session?
Anything related to career growth, job transitions, building a personal brand, growing an online platform, performing as high potential individual contributor, balancing ambition with parenting, or managing your energy as a working mom. Bring your questions. I’ll tailor the session to what you need most.
How is the 1:1 session delivered?
Sessions are held virtually via Microsoft Teams and last 50 minutes. You’ll receive a confirmation email after purchase, and we’ll schedule a time outside of typical 9–5 hours (PST). Catherine will offer a range of reasonable time slots, and together you’ll find something that works for both of you.
Can I bring a friend or colleague to the 1:1 session?
No—these sessions are designed to be one-on-one to give you focused, personalized guidance. If others are interested, they’ll need to book their own time.
Will 1:1 sessions be recorded?
Yes, but only for transcription purposes so I can send you a clear, helpful recap. The recording is deleted immediately after your outline is created and shared with you.
What's included after the 1:1 session?
You’ll receive a written outline of what we discussed, including key takeaways, suggestions, and any links or tools I recommended—so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
What's the refund or rescheduling policy?
All sessions are non-refundable and must be scheduled within 3 months of purchase. Given the nature of scheduling and limited calendar availability, I ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. I’m happy to accommodate when possible, but missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded or rebooked.
